- ….Rawlings Auction & Appraisal handled an estate downsizing for me. As
I was preparing to retire, I grabbed a brochure from a local convenience
store and gave them a call. They came to me to give their free
consultation and I signed a contract that day as I could tell that the
owners, Steve and Patti, were honest and hardworking and felt confident

- Steve, Patti and company get an A++ from me. I sold my townhouse at
auction after listing with a local realtor for 8 months. I was very
nervous about the auction process because I always thought that only
people in financial trouble sold through auction. The real estate auction
process just sounded too good to be true. Well, much to surprise, it

- Dear Rawlings Auction staff - Thank you for your service and
assistance in selling some of my dad's things. Not only do you not find
person's who will come every time they are asked too, but you went over and
above what most business would do. I came to the consignment sale they day
everything was sold. I was the one crying in the corner because it was an
emotional time for me to watch my dad's things sold. One of your employees
saw me and took me in the office and tried to comfort me. I really
appreciated that as it is not something you find everyday. I just wanted
